If you spot an issue with your order or simply need to return a product, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and we will work with you to find a quick and straightforward solution.

Should any items you have ordered be out of stock or unavailable at the time of fulfilment, you may choose to receive a refund or select an alternative product. Any difference in value will be settled accordingly.


Service Fees

We charge service fees for certain services including wheel alignment, wheel balancing, and tyre fitting. These service fees are non-refundable upon cancellation or refund request. By paying these fees, you acknowledge and accept that they are non-refundable regardless of outcome or satisfaction. All applicable service fees will be clearly shown on our website and during checkout.


Delivery Charges

Delivery fees may apply for the transportation of products to your location. These delivery charges are non-refundable upon cancellation or refund request. By paying delivery charges, you acknowledge and accept that they are non-refundable. All delivery fees will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.


Our Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order — in whole or in part — in the event of a pricing error, typographical mistake, stock discrepancy, incorrect product information, or any other inaccuracy displayed on our website, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment processed. In such cases, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout to explain the issue and, where applicable, arrange a full refund for the affected items or offer suitable alternatives.


Manufacturer Warranties

Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty are sold under the terms of that specific warranty. Our Customer Support team will assist you in pursuing any manufacturer warranty claim — please contact them directly.

Other than applicable manufacturer warranties, no additional warranties are provided, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


Return for Refund or Exchange

Our returns team will inspect all returned products. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be completely unused and must not have been fitted or driven on.

Products that have been fitted, installed, or used on a vehicle in any way cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and specifications before having any product fitted.

If you change your mind before your product has been fitted, we are happy to arrange a store credit or refund, subject to an administration and restocking fee of 10% of the order value, along with 100% of any applicable service fees and delivery charges.

All orders must be collected or fitted within 20 days of the purchase date. Orders not collected or fitted within this window are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. A storage charge of 5% of the order value per day will apply for every day beyond the 20-day period.

For orders collected directly from one of our locations, returns or exchanges are accepted immediately on the day of pickup. After the day of pickup, our returns team will need to review the product before any credit or exchange can be processed. Please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for the credit to be processed. To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Support team.

The refund amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable shipping or delivery charges from the original purchase value.

Credits will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase. If payment was made by cash or cheque, refunds will be processed via cheque and sent to your billing address.


Your Rights Under Qatar Law

This policy is prepared in line with Qatar's Consumer Protection Law No. (8) of 2008 and the Electronic Transactions and Commerce Law No. 16 of 2010. Nothing in this policy restricts or overrides your statutory rights as a consumer. Where any conflict exists between this policy and applicable law, the law takes precedence.

You may file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) Consumer Protection Department by calling 16001 or through their online portal.
